STUDENT GOVERNANCE

The Michigan Student Assembly (http://www.umich.edu/~msa/) is the campus-wide student government, representing all students, undergraduate, graduate, and professional. Among its roles, the MSA appoints students to key all-campus committees, including the Board of Directors of the Michigan Union, the Office of Student Services Policy Board, the University Judicial system, the University Council, the Board in Control of Intercollegiate Athletics, and Regental and presidential committees. Most schools and colleges have other their own student governing bodies that are described in the bulletins of each unit.
