9.J Questionnaires

Faculty members who have questions or concerns about filling out questionnaires that ask for UM statistics or for information about University policies should call the dean or director of their academic unit, the Office of the Vice President for Communications at 763-5800, the Office of Government Relations at 763-5554, or the Office of the Provost at 764-9290 for assistance. Enrollment statistics, graduation rates, financial reports, and other statistical information are announced periodically, often at Regents' meetings or through press releases. Excellent sources of factual information about the University include The University of Michigan Financial Report, prepared by the Office of the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; the Common Data Set and The Standard Survey Response Document prepared by the Office of Budget and Planning <www.umich.edu/~oapainfo>; and The University of Michigan Profile, prepared by the Office of the Vice President for Communications. All are published annually. Another excellent source of information is the News Service website at <www.umich.edu/news>.
