ITCS provides telephone services to members of the University community in their campus offices. Faculty may elect to have voice mail on their office phones as well as many other features. To discuss products and services that are offered, call ITCom customer service at 763-2000, go to the ITCom website at <www.itcom.itd.umich.edu/telephone>, or check with your unit administrator. To report telephone problems or request repairs, call 647-8888.

The University has an internal campus phone system, so when dialing a number on the Ann Arbor campus from a campus phone, dial only the last five digits of the number.
