15.K Legal Services Plan

The University offers a group legal plan administered by an external vendor. Through the plan, faculty can receive legal assistance for matters such as simple wills and estate planning, real estate matters, some family law matters (not including divorce), defense of civil law suits, and document preparation. The University does not contribute toward the cost of the premiums for this plan. Payment is through a payroll deduction on an after- tax basis.
