Stephanie Riegle

Assistant Vice Provost for Academic and Budgetary Affairs

Stephanie Riegle works on a variety of projects related to campus space and facilities including renovations, new construction, and resulting budget implications. She also coordinates the Multidisciplinary Learning and Team Teaching Steering Committee.

Before coming to the Provost’s Office, Stephanie was the Coordinator for Faculty Affairs in the College of Engineering.

Stephanie came to the University of Michigan in 1999 as a doctoral student in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, School of Education. She received her PhD in 2004. Prior to Michigan, Stephanie worked as a Recreational Sports professional at the University of Georgia and the University of Minnesota, specializing in Aquatics.

Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree in Zoology and masters degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
