Denise Newton

Executive Secretary, Office of the Provost

Denise Newton's primary responsibilities include secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs. Denise also provides administrative support for all undergraduate affairs including the Global Intercultural Experience for Undergraduates (GIEU) program. With the Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs, she staffs the Provost's Council on Student Honors and coordinates the programs for various scholarship groups, including the Shipman Scholars, Gates Millennium Scholars and Rogel Scholars in the planning and coordination of their yearly activities.
